They are responsible for the risk management process, including the implementation of risk inventory, the assessment of risks and the creation of risk inventory and risk reporting They continuously develop risk management and define risk appetite on a financial basis Their goal is to introduce a risk catalog with development paths in forecasts and targets They support our human rights officers in monitoring human rights risk management system They work closely with audit firms in relation to reporting obligations They conduct continuous screening of regulatory developments in the ESG environment

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, economic engineering, sustainability management or comparable training, ideally with a focus on law or tax law Multiannual professional experience, preferably in the context of auditing or compliance They have well-founded knowledge of ESG regulatory, including LkSG, CSDDD, ESRS, CSRD, EU-Taxonomy, EUDR, CBAM and whistleblowing processes German and English skills Detegratable experience in project management Occasionally international readiness Ideally experience in working with ERP applications (e.g. SAP FI or CO).
