Implementation of the winter service (foaming and scattering) on our managed properties Short-term bets depending on weather conditions – also early in the morning, weekends and holidays Control of paths, accesses and parking areas by snowfall or by smoothness Ensuring road safety within the framework of the clearance and scattering obligation Documentation of the work carried out (including scattering and operational protocols) Close coordination with the house administration and the responsible object supervisors
