Teamlead* Controlling

Ownership: You control the performance of the entire controlling, guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly and develop processes, tools (including AI) and structures consistently and at a challenging level. AI & Efficiency: You are thinking AI-driven, challenge existing working methods continuously and use automation to make processes in controlling more efficient and smarter. Business Partnering: You deliver sound and resilient decision bases and are a business partner* for management as well as central areas such as sales, marketing and supply chain. FP&A: You support your team in forecasts, budget and strategic planning – including modern scenario and control models. Impact: You go beyond analysis, take clear measures and actively promote their implementation. Performance & Profitability: You analyze sales, margin and cost developments, evaluate business cases, pricing and working capital. Reporting Excellence: You are responsible for monthly reporting (GuV, balance sheet, cash flow) and provide a high quality and sound insights for the management. Data & Insights: You develop KPI systems and dashboards (e.g. Power BI) and ensure a clear, data-based management of the company. Processes & Projects: You continuously optimize controlling processes and actively shape cross-departmental projects. Direct wire: You report directly to the management and work closely with it.

Drive & Resilience: You consistently question existing structures, drive issues autonomously at high speed and keep an overview under pressure. Background: Completed studies in controlling/finance or comparable. Experience & Leadership: Multiannual controlling experience, ideally in the FMCG, industrial or commercial environment, as well as leadership experience or the clear commitment to take responsibility for a team. Tools & Data: Very good Excel knowledge as well as experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g. MS Business Central) combined with high number and IT affinity. Business Mindset: You think analytical and entrepreneurial, understand business models and derive the right conclusions. Appearance & mode of operation: You convince by clear communication and a sovereign appearance as well as a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
