Projektmanager (m/w/d) for commercial properties Augsburg, Munich | unlimited | Full time | earliest possible entry SAUTER FM – As a team member of the 'Property Management' division in Munich or Augsburg, you will be represented by the owners in real estate management. You independently maintain several portfolios with predominantly commercial use and, together with the commercial property managers, are the first contact partner*in for the owners and tenants.

You are responsible for the control, monitoring and coordination of external service providers You monitor the actual condition of the objects and, if necessary, cause the correct remedy of damage You regularly check the efficiency of existing FM service providers and develop based maintenance strategies You monitor the audits of experts and the maintenance and maintenance plans and monitor their compliance You are responsible for monitoring, compiling and maintaining budgets for technical building measures (CAPEX) and reporting You ensure compliance with the budget and carry out income and cost controls finally manage the building documentation, service contracts and the technical building equipment for your associated objects

a completed technical vocational training in the field of building or operating technology or a comparable qualification such as study / specialist in engineering, architecture or technical building management minimum. 2 years of professional experience in technical object care/management with a focus on commercial properties or in a comparable activity Good knowledge in the field of building technology, facility management and experience with modernisation and maintenance High communication capability, pronounced understanding of services, safe occurrence and joy in work in the team very good MS Office skills, especially Excel Class B licence required
