As project manager:in stop reconstruction, you are part of the 'infrastructure projects' department. It is involved, among other things, with a 14-member team in the planning and construction of all stops and stations of the VGF. The construction of railroad stations and bus stops is mainly about barrier-free reconstruction, but also about the new construction of transport systems in the context of new road constructions. You are responsible for the project management over all planning and execution phases of the extension and conversion measures of the infrastructure of the ÖPNV in Frankfurt (street stops/city rail stations and bus stops) You run a project team from specialist experts:inside the various trades and manage the projects in the building function according to the performance picture AHO In addition, you take over the management of external planners taking into account the technical regulations within the approved cost, deadline and quality framework. To help you support our purchase and our legal department in creating contracts for planning services including Contract management of all project phases With negotiation skills and enforcement capability, you coordinate and communicate with internal and external interfaces, including urban offices and the traffic department

You have a completed technical study in the field of civil engineering (architecture) or a comparable qualification You have already gained experience in project management and/or control as well as in the planning and execution of projects and ideally bring knowledge of infrastructure and civil engineering with The HOAI, VOB and HVA are one of our standard rules as a contractor representation, and at best you have been able to deal with them in the past.
