Your holistic development experience and competency are proactive in the development of competence and personality of our executives.

Independent, active (further) development, control and implementation of executive development concepts for the MTU Group Advising, supporting and empowering executives in personal and organisational growth and change processes Control of external partners with regard to the development programmes to be defined Close cooperation with the Top Excecutive Team to secure a consistent development map across all levels Organisation and moderation of workshops, potential conferences and executive events Considering developments and trends from science, business and society on the active strategic development of Leadership Development

Founded, multiannual experience in various organisations for personnel and organisational development, preferably in internationally active, larger industrial companies Complete study in the field of psychology, economic psychology, sociology, or comparable fields International experience in consulting, training and personality development Funded consulting training (e.g. systemic coaching or consultant training, transaction analysis, etc.) Target and solution-oriented, proactive, structured way of working and enjoying work across team boundaries English language skills readiness to travel
