Own-sponsored implementation of research projects in the field of Operations Research and Data Analytics with focus on agentic generative AI and associated data management (dialog-capable training agent) implementation and operation of back-ends (services, APIs, data storage) for modular AI agencies; close coordination with front-end/VR teams via defined interfaces Systematic literature and market research on agent architectures, digital twins, MLOps and secure operation (GDPR/IT) Structure of data and knowledge pipelines (ingestion, processing, indexing) and development of evaluation, logging and monitoring concepts for reproducibility and quality assurance Development, testing and empirical evaluation of decision-making and optimization logics (e.g. training/evaluation logic, personalized learning paths, resource requirements/scaling) as well as cooperation with documentation and presentation of project results (e.g. scientific conferences, workshops, webinars)

Completed scientific higher education (Master or Diploma) in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, (Applied) Mathematics, Operations Research, or related fields Extensive Background in Operations Research/Optimation and Machine Learning/Data Science Practical experience with data processing, database programming or data analysis Very good programming knowledge (in particular Python) as well as experience with Deployment/DevOps Tooling and/or LLM/Agent Technologies Knowledge of German with a level of at least C1 and knowledge of English at least B2 of the Common European Framework for Languages What do we expect?
