As a project manager*in (w/m/d) for specialist acquisition and placement, your focus is on supporting companies and international professionals in the field of specialist placement, solution-oriented communication and managing projects from initialization to completion. Holistic support and communication: You support companies and international professionals in the field of specialist training and ensure active, solution-oriented communication with all project participants. Project management: You plan, tax and monitor projects from initialization to completion and ensure quality, schedule, cost and reliability. Coordination and cooperation: You work closely with integration and process management, optimize internal processes and sustainably accompany professionals. Documentation and transparency: Create project status reports, presentations and documentation and ensure a transparent flow of information within the project team. Sales and tools: You support sales and marketing activities, identify potentials for follow-up projects and support relevant tools, checklists and systems.

Complete training or studies in the field of business management, human resources or comparable, as well as 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position. Very good knowledge of English (at least level B2) Funded knowledge of the law on immigration and relevant processes Industry knowledge, ideally in nursing and/or industrial business Experience in the time economy, recruitment of staff or adjacent areas Structured, independent operation as well as pronounced communication and team skills
