Project management and coordination of implementation of HR related reporting obligations under sustainability reporting

Analysis of reporting requirements in the HR sector in particular with regard to the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)

Building a suitable global reporting structure on HR key figures and continuous cooperation with the departments and international teams
