Performance of service deployments such as installation, commissioning, maintenance, extensions, upgrades, replacement as well as back-up & recovery – on site with the customer or by remote access Technical analysis and troubleshooting, including the preparation of preventive recommendations to avoid future disturbances Planning, coordination and implementation of technical service projects, including time tracking and quality control Preparation of the required materials, spare parts and tools to ensure smooth service use Technical advice on suitable service solutions taking into account ABB standards and safety and environmental requirements Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships, identification of optimization potentials and individual solution development Participation in the standby service after structured incorporation and training
