Policy Issues & Labour Law Officer (a*)

Hamburger Energienetz GmbH is a privately organised energy distribution network operator owned by the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. Due to the merger of electricity grid Hamburg and gas grid Hamburg in September 2024, Hamburger Energienetz GmbH is Hamburg's largest energy distribution network computing company.

You develop strategic principles of human resources management and conduct negotiations at eye level. You design and implement new individual and collective labour regulations. Existing rules – such as collective agreements, business agreements, guidelines, procedural instructions or pattern work contracts – are already being reworked in a targeted manner. You advise and evaluate labour law and social insurance issues. Negotiations with the Works Council on matters relevant to co-determination are constructive and solution-oriented. For our executives you design and carry out work-related training and ensure the practical transfer. You represent the Hamburg energy networks in extrajudicial and judicial matters.

You have a completed degree in law with 2nd state exams (full legal a*) or an economic study with comparable labour law knowledge. Multiannual relevant practical experience, as well as sound expertise in basic personnel work. In the individual and collective labour law you know very well and use your knowledge in a sovereign way. With your communication and negotiation strength, you convince in different conversation situations. In doing so, you step forward and at the same time negotiate profit-oriented and entrepreneurial.
