Procurement and ordering: Self-delivery of orders, monitoring of delivery dates and ensuring timely availability of materials

Supplier management: Selection, support and further development of national and international supplier relations

Price and contract negotiations: independent negotiation of conditions and conclusion of framework and individual contracts

Demand planning: Analysis and optimization of material requirements in close coordination with specialist departments such as production and logistics

Data management and maintenance of supplier master data in the ERP system as well as monitoring order and delivery processes

Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman) or an economic studies

First professional experience in operational purchasing or material management desirable

Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are a plus

Versified handling of MS Office, ideally ERP experience (e.g. SAP)

Representative organizational talent, negotiation skills and a team-oriented way of working
