Our goal is to offer a very personalized and highly individualized therapy program. The range of treatments includes medical images from the entire field of psychosomatics and psychotherapy.

SOUS CHEF (M/W/D)

YEARS:

• Organize orders and schedules
• Create menus
• Head of chef's representation in absence
• Training of employees
• Participation and monitoring of the items for smooth operation
• Dealing with problems
• forward and execute orders of the chef
• Taking into account nutritional, economic and ecological aspects
• Compliance with HACCP standards

SIE BRINGEN WITH:

• Completed training as cook/kitchen
• Organisational ability, good time management, communication and team skills
• Creativity in handling ingredients and new recipe ideas
• good absorbency and fast problem solution
• Guide qualities
• Competence in preparation of ingredients, cooking and dressing
