You efficiently dispose and coordinate service operations for USV plants and electrical engineering projects throughout Germany You ensure a smooth running of installations, maintenance and repairs in close coordination with the technician team You monitor the documentation and communicate with our customers:inside You communicate professionally and work closely with customers:inside, to process inquiries promptly You carefully document the dispositions and create reports for internal purposes

You have a completed training in the field of disposition, logistics or a related qualification. Cross-income: inside are happy to see if appropriate experience is detectable in practice You have experience in the disposition of service operations and the organization of technically critical service measures You have organisational skills and the ability to precisely plan and coordinate in a dynamic environment You have excellent communication skills, team skills and customer orientation You have the intrinsic motivation to continuously learn and develop new software as well as operations and their inadequacies. You are flexible in time to complete your tasks in critical projects within a working day Tiled German language skills in word and writing optional: English Basic knowledge
