Own-responsible processing and control of the entire ongoing financial accounting including debitor, creditor, property accounts, bank and asset accounting Competent preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB up to the final and audit maturity Formation and booking of provisions, deductions, depreciation and other accounts Monthly creation and plausibility of BWA, total and balance lists, balance sheet, profit and loss account and OPOS evaluations Analysis and explanation of economic development over management Creation of sales tax pre-registrations as well as processing of sales tax facts, in particular according to § 13b UStG Implementation and control of cost centers, cost centers and project accounting Implementation of payment transactions, supervision of liquidity and management of dunning Contact person for tax advisors, auditors, financial authorities and banks Competent preparation and monitoring of annual and operational audits Development and digitization of accounting processes in cooperation with the departments involved

Successfully completed training on the account holder (IHK), tax specialist or a comparable qualification Alternatively, a training as a tax specialist or financial accountant with detectable, multi-year and independent final experience Multiannual experience in full production of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB detectable experience in the independent production and evaluation of BWA, balance sheet and profit and loss account Very good knowledge of trade and tax law Secure handling of DATEV accounting and DATEV companies online or comparable accounting or accounting ERP system Ideally experience in the building industry, in particular with § 13b UStG, billing and closing accounts, security retention and cost center and project accounting Independent, structured and reliable operation High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking and absolute discretion
