Operational and Strategic Day Business Support Creation, preparation and quality assurance of presentations, documents and decision templates, especially with Microsoft PowerPoint Coordination and communication with internal departments Participation in digitalization and optimization topics within the business unit and support of modern digital work processes Pre- and post-processing of meetings, appointments and events including coordination of documents, procedures and time-limit management

Successfully completed commercial, management-related or comparable training, complemented by further training or relevant specialist knowledge in assistance, office or project management Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint, Word and Excel, as well as several years of experience with digital applications and modern office processes and first SAP knowledge Secure knowledge of professional creation, structuring and visual preparation of presentations and documents Embossed organisational, communication and coordination capability combined with a structured and independent operation Safe, service-oriented and binding occurrence in exchange with internal contact persons

Compensation shall be carried out in accordance with the activity transferred and its material characteristics of activity and the necessary training/vocational qualification in accordance with the Wasserwirtschaft NRW (TV-WW/NW) collective agreement in the remuneration group 7. The specific classification of the level within the remuneration group depends on the relevant professional experience. In addition to the basic tariff remuneration, a tariff variable, performance-oriented premium payment may be granted if the conditions are met.
