Ulmer Str. 2, 70771 Leinfelden-Echterdingen You develop self-responsive concepts for technically demanding construction tasks of different construction products (office real estate, commercial and industrial buildings as well as housing buildings) You support the acquisition and sales phase with feasibility studies, basic findings and variant creation to optimize the supply basis You create all forms of visualizations and videos to offer our customers the greatest possible experience with their future construction project from the outset You can safely move in handling 3D models and develop creative solutions for first concepts and designs Based on our model data, you can carry out the pressure of the 3D models of our buildings You work closely with a team of colleagues in sales, costing, construction and building technology You are open to new planning methods and integrierst modern AI systems into your daily work

You have successfully completed an architectural study [FH/TU/Uni] or a comparable technical training Ideally, you can demonstrate first professional experience in performance phases 1-4 In addition, you have experience with 3D modeling (ideally Revit), software systems for visualization and 3D printing You have fun in the development of sustainable planning solutions - from the first sketch to detail in the execution planning
