Responsibility for the planning, approval, installation and maintenance of the construction power supply at our construction sites Acquisition of the function as responsible electrical power (VEFK) according to DIN VDE 1000-10 for the field of external electrical service Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, standards and internal safety guidelines as well as organisation of the further training of internal electrical specialists. Responsibility and personnel planning of the team of external electrical services as well as control, disposition of external service providers. Examinations, documentation and approvals of electrical installations Consultation of the construction management in all electrical matters Organisation of the energy supply of our projects under existing energy supply contracts Structured project documentation, maintenance of master data, as well as offering creation and cost calculations.

Complete training as an electrical technician master or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of electrical installation, ideal in the field of construction Knowledge of relevant standards (DIN VDE, DGUV regulations) Experience in the role as responsible electrical skills desirable Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and team capacity driving licence class B, BE desirable Knowledge of how to handle MS Office 365
