Our team “Employment Policy and Works Council Relations” is always at the centre of the event as an interface between location management, personnel management and works council. We are at the heart of the time when we are responsible for controlling various bodies and actively shaping the present and future of the Bremen plant. We also work very strategically and in close cooperation with other company locations, conduct exciting negotiations and qualify executives in the field of labour law issues and group work. We do not know boredom in our work – your internship is varied and profound. Be there and learn the following tasks: Direct support in the further development of the work organisation in the production world of Mercedes-Benz

Participation in various negotiations and projects

Active participation in labour policy committees and bodies

Support in the field of working and operating times, i.e. assistance in the design of existing rules (e.g. operating arrangements)

Individually responsible creation of presentations, concepts and statistics

Individually responsible support of the team for organizational and conceptual issues in everyday work

The activity can begin from July 2026.

Studies in the field of economics, psychology, human resources management, humanities, law or similar fields of study

Team player*in with high opinion and work motivation, very good communication skills and self-safe appearance

Self-employed, precise and reliable operation

Interest in economic and business relations

Very good user knowledge of MS-Office programs

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
