For our customers in 97941 Tauberbischofsheim, we are looking for a forwarding buyer * for the Customs / External Transport Logistics segment for the next possible entry date.

Your tasks:

• Support of the Customs / Transport Logistics Head when collecting, evaluating and providing freight officers
• Operational handling and monitoring of transport orders incl. Cost control
• Participation in tenders and optimization and development of new transport concepts (SOPs)
• Testing of freight bills and processing of transport damage
• Monitoring of export declarations and clarification of open transit procedures (in coordination with the Customs Head)
• production of movement certificates (e.g. EUR.1, A.TR., certificates of origin)

Your qualification:

• Completed commercial training (ideally forwarding buyer) and professional experience
• Organizational talent, independent and solution-oriented working methods and collegial appearance
• Good knowledge of German and English, safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Class B driving license
