You take part in the Materials Management (MM) subproject management in the introduction of SAP S/4HANA and control the implementation in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders such as consultants and implementation partners. During the Realize phase, you will ensure the implementation, integration and quality assurance of the defined solutions. You act as a central communication interface, advises specialist areas and translates their requirements into SAP S/4HANA processes. Based on existing specialist concepts, you create user stories and create a clear, usable requirement base. In addition, you moderate workshops, create a common understanding between business and IT securely and identify gaps, maturity issues and appropriate solutions at an early stage. Last but not least, you regularly coordinate with the teams from other subprojects (e.g. finance, controlling, maintenance, treasury, real estate) and ensure a successful project development through transparent communication and coordination.

Completed studies in economics or business informatics, alternatively comparable knowledge – e.g. through multi-year relevant professional experience Routine with SAP, very good knowledge in SAP S/4HANA MM and in appropriate processes Practice in SAP implementation and transformation projects – including agile or hybrid project methods, ideally experience in a responsible position with (partial) project management and familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Best Practices Pleasure of consulting and workshop management as well as desire for the opportunities and challenges of central projects Self-confident appearance, communication and moderation skills, a structured and self-responsible way of working, and the view for the big whole
