Technical Employee – Focus on Coordination of Cleanroom Infrastructure & Occupational Safety

Construction and infrastructure: Conception and planning of small-scale projects for the integration of new research infrastructure including Cost estimation Preparation of performance directories, tenders, awards, acceptances and accounting in compliance with the statutory requirements and requirements of the sponsor and the procurement regulations Development and operation of building technology as well as building control technology, among others, with regard to operational safety, occupational safety, quality and energy management Own-responsible implementation and organisation of the testing and maintenance of safety-related plants Safety of work: Organisation and further development of occupational safety on the areas used by Fraunhofer IZM in accordance with applicable legislation Self-responsible development of risk assessments, operating instructions and implementation of staff and other companies Coordination of hazardous and waste handling and continuous monitoring of compliance with the required measures

Completed (specialist) university degree (Bachelor or FH Diploma) of an engineering science discipline Professional experience in the planning and operation of research cleanrooms, preferably with microsystem technology processes, as well as knowledge of relevant laws, standards and technical rules knowledge of the DGUV, fire protection and safety regulations (baua) as well as several years of experience as occupational safety officers and as first aiderin and fire protection officerr Experience in handling and disposal of hazardous materials knowledge of VOB, administrative experience and a class B licence readiness to work in ventilated (rein) rooms as well as for readiness to call with breathing protection of class 3 Team orientation, fun in responsible work as well as reliability, creativity and a quick understanding Good IT skills: MS Office applications and ideally knowledge in SAP Very good German and good English skills
