If you knew how to get in with us You accompany the new participants (aged from 16 to 20 years) in professional preparation during their introduction days in bbw and offer them support in the initial phase and arrival in bbw. You support the promotion of young participants who are affected by learning, mentally ill and autistic, who want to get to know and orientate different professions in the course of professional preparation. With empathy and fun, you carry out small group and orientation trainings and activate the learning motivation of the participants. You organize and accompany excursions.
