Hildebrandt & Bartsch GmbH & Co. KG as a company of the igefa SE & Co. KG is looking for an employee in the sales service (w/m/d) at the Blankenfelde-Mahlow site at the earliest possible time. In this position, you and your team will ensure that our insurers are reliably supplied with tools. You always have a look at both the service idea and the correct billing.

You are a contact person for our insurers as well as for care facilities by phone and email You take the billing of aids with sickness funds and insured persons You provide customer data and accounting information in the goods management and accounting system You process complaints and make sure that all accounting documents are fully available You carry out the billing with sickness funds and process possible billings You work closely with other departments and you are an internal contact person or internal contact person for all questions relating to tool accounting and consulting
