You develop and shape our market development strategy for defined target segments. You identify and prioritize target customers, analyserst Buying Center, and talk to the relevant decision-makers:in a targeted manner. You implement highly targeted outbound campaigns via phone, e-mail and social selling and position our solutions at management level. You qualify opportunities based on clear criteria and seamlessly transfer them to our Account Executives. You work closely with marketing to develop and optimize targeted campaigns and content formats. You analyze market trends and competitive activities and make concrete recommendations for sales and our Go-to-Market approach. You support the coaching and onboarding of Junior-MDR/SDR-Kolleg:innen. You use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator as well as marketing automation and ABM tools daily to drive your account and lead strategy. You segment target customers, develop intelligent outreach sequences and orchestrierst touchpoints across different channels, including email, social media, phone and events. You use profiling and intent data to appeal decision-makers:inside with the right message at the right time.
You bring multi-year experience in B2B-Sales, Sales Development, Market Development or Business Development – ideally in industry.
