Service Manager Netzwerk (m/w/d)

The Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) area is responsible for central network transitions as a customer solution, manages, plans and realizes customer requirements for existing and new functions and extensions. The customer's IT infrastructure needs to be optimised, to take into account the creation and updating of concepts of numerous new requirements and to realize the implementation.

Responsibility of a solution service including the consideration of service agreements, economy, further development and new development, cost calculations, automation, IT security and data protection

Coordination of all service providers involved in the service

Support of offering activities with professional know-how and offer skalkulation

Control of implementation projects within the service

Support in the coordination of projects under the requirement management

Support of tenders in cooperation with Procurement

Collection and documentation of overviews and components of the Community of Interest specific applications

Complete study in the IT field with at least two years of professional experience or comparable training with at least five years of professional experience

Knowledge in the field of technological and process complex IT services

Experience and knowledge in IT Service Management (ITIL certification desirable) Knowledge of technical standards used in IT perimeter protection

Good knowledge and experience in project management in the professional management of project teams desirable

Safe appearance, ability to present, teamwork and a goal-oriented and solution-oriented operation with high self-motivation German language skills in word and writing
