You support ELW's IT in day and project business You work in internal process design and our IT projects You control the roll-out of end devices and support your customers in the use and configuration of hardware and applications You document support processes comprehensible with the ticket system (OTRS) You support stable and secure operation of various server and client-based applications analyse vulnerabilities and troubleshooting on application and system level

Computer science or similar study already have first experience in IT projects possess basic knowledge of the server and client landscape and understand complex relationships in the system landscape Bringing experience in the different areas of Microsoft Windows work structured, think customer-oriented and use your communication skills as a team player
