You are responsible for our hose production and assembly divisions, both in terms of technical and personnel. Take over the operational and strategic management of this department You plan the organisational and manufacturing processes with the aim of optimal quality and timely assembly of high-pressure hoses The disciplinary leadership, motivation and development of the team as well as the capacity and deployment planning are your daily tasks You work on the permanent optimization of production processes, machine utilization and material availability You also take over the technical responsibility for the work equipment and quality of our products including the timely execution of all maintenance, maintenance and maintenance work The per active and independent cooperation to determine the investment needs and the subsequent investment planning are also within your responsibility You work hand in hand with our company manager and, in its deputy function, also take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our employees in the department goods receipt, internal logistics, commissioning, shipping and maintenance

At the same time it is easy for you to contribute positively and motivatingly to others You have completed training as technicians or masters in production, ideally with experience in hydraulics Thanks to a long-term professional experience in a management or deputy function in production, ideally in hose assembly or in a assembly environment, you benefit from your experience in employee management and motivation and also prove enforcement strength as well as a hands-on mentality You have a pronounced understanding of the process and experience in optimising operational processes. You have an affinity for IT-supported systems, ideally experience with goods management systems/storage software (ERP & WMS) incl. Scanner Use and Digitization Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as a safe handling of the common office applications are of course for you
