We, the Evangelical youth aid Godesheim gGmbH, are a great supporter of child and youth aid based in Bonn. Our spectrum ranges from stationary assistance to education in the context of medium and long-term accommodation of children and young people in housing groups, target group-oriented offers for parents with children, to a differentiated inobservation and clearing system for the city of Bonn and other municipalities, and is professionally implemented by around 40 teams and over 300 employees at different locations.

Our offer: Binding-oriented perspective group TRIANGEL in Meckenheim

The children between 4 and 8 years of age in this binding-oriented residential and perspective group are in a transition phase with partly decisive points for their further biography. Our dedicated team accompanies children and parents through this process and gives the children entrusted to them the necessary level of safety and orientation.

(m/w/d) as a “Simultan Translator” for emotions: Recognize feelings and “translate” – give positive binding experience - convey safety and orientation! You shape everyday life for and with the children. In the housing group, a regulated daily and weekly structure forms the framework of daily work. You are in contact with parents and youth office. You play an important role in the weekly parents' visits and other contact points between parents and children. The parent-child relationship often requires a translation performance. You build confidence to parents, give help, feedback and ask steering questions. The educational offer is stationary. This means you work in shiftwork and share in the team the night willingness (24h services).

The topic of binding is at your heart and you understand yourself as a ''Simultan translator*in'' for the child's needs in the Triangle with the child and his parents. In addition to personal standing, You bring a pronounced degree of empathy. You can give sincere and constructive feedback. You can allow closeness and still know your borders. Further training in the field of communication is advantageous. A driving licence facilitates your daily work and you appreciate that shift service can also provide personal time periods.
