The regional association Harz-Heide further develops its housing and wants to realize various residential projects between Lüneburg and Goslar. These include the housing projects “Heckners Höfe” and “Neue Sülze”. You report directly to the Regional Board and work closely with the Ambulant Business Unit Management. In particular, You take over: operational and organisational responsibility for all existing and new residential projects in the regional association Coordination, structuring and accompaniment of construction, reconstruction and maintenance measures – including participation in commissioning and acceptance Economic control of housing Real estate management and contracting conceptual, forward-looking development of housing services as well as quarter-based cooperations and social-space-oriented projects Human resources management and personnel deployment planning Cooperation with internal and external partners, such as municipalities, housing companies, social providers and service providers

You have completed a relevant study (e.g. social management, business management, real estate management, architecture/construction engineering) or have a comparable qualification – for example technicians, masters, real estate specialists (m/w/d) You bring professional experience in housing, real estate or social economy, know themselves with construction and maintenance measures, have experience in economic management and ideally in the management of employees. You work structured, solution-oriented, strong communication and identify themselves with the masterpiece of the Johanniter driving licence class B
