You serve the relevant processes and systems around cash processing, balances, card payment and self-service solutions in second-level support. You ensure stable operation of business-critical store operation applications and ensure high system availability in our markets. You advise specialist areas and markets on technical issues and develop practical solutions together. You coordinate external service providers and ensure compliance with agreed service and quality standards. You carry out program, integration and functional tests, analyze fault images and accompany their sustainable elimination. You identify optimization potentials in existing operating and support processes and implement improvements together with the participating partners. You take over the technical coordination of projects in the Store Operations area and ensure successful implementation of new requirements and solutions. You control project activities across various fields, markets, service providers and IT partners and keep an eye on dates, dependencies and results. You accompany the introduction of new POS, payment and self-service technologies from the request intake to the test phase to the successful rollout in the markets. You support IT projects with their technical expertise or, after appropriate incorporation, take over the management of selected projects.

A successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable study program with IT focus. Alternatively, you have completed relevant vocational training with appropriate professional experience. Embossed technical interest, in particular in the field of cash solutions, store hardware, self-service systems and card payment terminals. Enthusiasm for digital innovations and the further development of modern store operations and self-service processes. Ideally experience with SAP Retail, in particular the modules Retail and CAR, as well as SAP Omnichannel POS by GK. Knowledge of retail stores, cash registers and goods management processes is advantageous. Experience in cooperation, coordination or management of IT, digitalization or rollout projects. Embossed organisational and coordination capabilities and the ability to bring together different stakeholders in a targeted manner. Experience in the cooperation and control of external service providers and partners is advantageous. Willingness to participate in readiness. A structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working. Communication strength, initiative and joy in cooperation with different disciplines. Hands-on mentality, organizational talent and a sovereign appearance.
