In ET we are responsible for the fulfillment and service of all business customer products. This also includes the rollout of large customer projects. In ETK, the focus is on filling processes and tools. We define the working processes for all internal and external processing units and are therefore the center of competence for connecting our customers. As an expert process management (m/w/d), you conduct projects on strategic and forward-looking optimization projects. You prepare analysis results to improve business processes across divisions and divisions to increase efficiency and quality. You implement measures to increase the quality of order processing and customer satisfaction. You advise on product launches & special solutions with regard to the processability of products and special solutions. You accompany and participate in the product implementation process and accompany process changes as part of changes to organisational structures and workflows. You agree with partner departments on cross-disciplinary process topics.

Complete industrial or technical studies or university studies or technical training. At least four years of experience in the field of telecommunications, including project experience. Good communication skills and excellent stakeholder management. Deep expertise in the fields of speech and data communication. Project and process experience, in particular knowledge of methods for process analysis and optimization. Very good knowledge of the processes in the mobile and fixed network area. Good knowledge of English (B2 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
