As a specialist (m/w/d) for CAFM, you take over key tasks in handling our CAFM software and ensure the effective use of the system. You maintain our CAFM system, manage user access and improve functionality. You take responsibility for the budget in your area and ensure efficient use of resources. As the first contact person (m/w/d) for the building operation, you work closely with the parties and make sure that the data in the software are correct and up-to-date. You create clear specifications for software use. In addition, you support concepts for adapting the software and incorporating necessary processes into the software. You coordinate the interface of CAFM software and work closely with other teams and areas. If necessary, You collect internal or external expertise to find optimal solutions. In addition, you can help users (m/w/d) and provide frictionless operation.

You have a successfully completed commercial or technical training or a university degree with the facility management or can be compared. Ideally, you have professional experience in technical facility management. Safe handling of CAD is self-evident for you. You have technical and conceptual knowledge in the field of CAFM. You have general knowledge of real estate management and have advanced knowledge of the legal bases in facility management. You think and act entrepreneurially and sustainably. You bring a proactive and targeted way of working. You understand how to communicate with the recipient. Planning, tracking and realising target deviations is familiar to you. Understanding technical processes, identifying relationships and solving problems are part of your craftsmanship. Its profile is rounded off by a secure and convincing rise.
