Technical and disciplinary leadership of the metal processing department Planning, control and optimization of production and construction processes Capacity planning for personnel and machine park Maintenance and modernisation of the machine park Participation in digitization projects in the department Development of the current profile module for the production of aluminium frames and system solutions for trade fair construction Secure reading, testing and implementation of technical drawings Close cooperation with work preparation, production, project management and sales Ensuring quality, schedule and work security Training of employees and trainees

Complete technical training or further training (e.g. metal construction, construction, mechanical engineering or similar) Very good technical understanding, ideally in the field of aluminum or metal processing Multiannual leadership experience in a production environment Training (AEVO) desirable Structured, solution-oriented and responsible operation
