Project Engineer - Building Automation / Building Services / HOAI (m/f/d)

You analyze the basics and/or the planning requirements of our projects You develop integrative planning concepts up to the ready-to-use, consider alternative solutions and advise the builders on the subject You set up plant schemes, function lists and calculations and measurements of the technical systems You support the creation of tender documents, participate in the award of orders to the exporting companies and, if necessary, conduct them. Bidding talks You agree with commissioners, architects:inside, authorities, public utilities and other project participants You monitor the execution at the construction site in accordance with the planned or written performance

You have completed a technical study, a training as a technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you will bring first experience in the planning of building automation (HOAI LPH 1-9) – as a motivated: professional beginner: but you are also welcome. You work proactively, structured and like to introduce your ideas in an interdisciplinary team. In exchange with customers:inside, architect:inside and other project participants, you will convince with your communication strength. You are curious and willing to continuously work into new technologies of heating and refrigeration technology. For smooth project communication you speak fluent German (C1 level).
