Customer support & sales services You are a contact person for our customers and accompany them reliably through the daily business. These include in particular: Consulting and support of existing and new customers Processing of customer requests and projects Creation and tracking of offers Collection and support of customer orders Coordination of production and delivery dates close cooperation with purchasing, logistics and other specialist departments Supporting our external services and key account management Support of sales and customer projects Trade fairs & events You don't want to work exclusively on your desk? Your duties include: Planning, organisation and implementation of national and international trade fairs Coordination of trade fair preparations Presentation of our products and brands on site personal consultation of existing and potential new customers Support for customer relationships independent preparation of trade fair contacts Processing of enquiries, offers and orders arising therefrom close cooperation with marketing, sales and logistics Good to know The focus of your activity is on customer support in the interior service. The travel activities are mainly concentrated on our exhibition periods in spring and autumn. At these stages you take responsibility for the preparation, care and preparation of our trade fair appearances in Germany and abroad.
