Implementation of the Hazardous Substance Regulation (SDB, substitution, exposure) and the Hazardous Substance Cataster Chemical Safety Management at the Site Ensuring the REACH and CLP conformity Maintenance of fabric and product databases Creation and testing of safety data sheets Communication along the supply chain (Downstream User Lines) Processing of material master data in SAP, content maintenance of the EHS module in SAP Advice on topics related to environmental legislation (BImSchG, WHG, KrWG) Monitoring of approval and regulatory procedures, interface between operation and authorities Administration of the legal disaster Reporting of environmental and safety indicators in representation Support and further development of the integrated management system (IMS) Audit management (internal, customer and supplier audits as well as support for certification and regulatory audits) QMB management for the Bremen site Participation in crisis management

Complete study of chemistry, food technology, environmental management or training with comparable priorities Knowledge in SAP, preferably in the EHS module IT-Affinity Interest in administrative and legal issues and management systems Knowledge of relevant environmental and chemical legislation (REACH / CLP, BImSchG, WHG, KrWG, GefStoffV) Structured, independent working and security in handling digital tools Embossed communication and organisational skills – You actively contribute to a trusting relationship and promote open, constructive cooperation Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You bring the willingness to make performance visible, to celebrate success together and to continuously work on improvements
