Description

You take over the independent and independent commercial support of projects - from commissioning to completion. You will support the technical project management in the monitoring of contracts as well as in the preparation and evaluation of supplementary offers. Create and analyze performance and earnings forecasts every month and coordinate them closely with project managers. You ensure a proper, complete settlement of all services to our customers and take over receivable management. Monitoring and ensuring project liquidity is also within your responsibility. Project-related monthly and annual accounts can be drawn up on time and in a comprehensible manner. In communication with customers as well as internal contact persons, you can clarify and control commercial questions. In addition, you identify optimization potentials in projects and processes and actively introduce them.

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, merchant/wife for office management) or an economic study Multiannual professional experience in commercial project management, project controlling or in a comparable function Funded knowledge in commercial project execution, in particular billing, cost control and profit determination Safe handling of performance and earnings forecasts as well as project-related monthly and annual accounts Experience in receivable management and monitoring of project liquidity routine in cooperation with technical project management and in dealing with customers Good knowledge of German in word and writing are required
