ICT Risk Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for identifying, evaluating and monitoring ICT risks along the entire value chain design, further development and monitoring of the ICT risk management framework in accordance with applicable legal and supervisory requirements, in particular DORA, and our internal requirements Close cooperation with IT, information security, risk management, compliance, BCM as well as third-party liability management Advice and support for the specialist areas (1st line) in risk analysis, protection requirements and evaluation of critical IT assets Ensuring methodological requirements such as risk assessment methodology and evaluation of the central risk catalogue Monitoring the implementation of risk treatment measures and controlling the escalation processes Compilation of regular reports to management, in particular on DORA relevant KPIs, control weaknesses and ICT risk trends Active cooperation in building and developing digital operational resilience and the possibility of actively shaping structures as part of a growing team in the CISO sector Hybrid work with daytime presence at our locations (Hamburg or Dortmund)

owns well-founded IT skills, e.g. acquired through completed studies or training in the field of computer science or business informatics demonstrate practical experience in information security, especially in the field of IT risk management and the continuous development of ISMS and IKS owns basic knowledge in the areas of BCM, external reference management, incident and vulnerability management, specifically in relation to the requirements of DORA have basic knowledge of common standards of information security such as ISO 27001 or BSI-IT protection can also comprehend and convey complex issues for different target groups thinking and trading solution-oriented
