At the reception you are the first contact for our guests to make them feel welcome from the start. Are you a co-ordinator and can you keep an overview and maintain our guests individually? Then we are looking for you as a front office agent (m/w/d) for our reception team at IBIS Styles Offenburg City

Be the host: The front office is the first stop for our guests. You fill it with life and make sure the guests feel comfortable and like to come back. Guest care: You take our guests professionally and cordially in reception, attend them throughout the stay and agree to them.
