Industrial Engineering Engineer (m/f/d)

With the Schluchsee as Germany's largest battery and five pumped storage power plants, we make an important contribution to a stable power supply. You are responsible for the work-protection, licensing and economic power plant use of our pumped storage power plants houses, Witznau and Waldshut as well as the running water power plant Albbruck-Dogern You represent operational requirements in the planning of future projects in the Schluchsee plant group and guide the commissioning of new plants You help shape the continuous optimization of the entire technological process and work closely with other disciplines You keep a cool head in case of malfunctions and interruptions, you are able to quickly get a situation picture and then determine the necessary priorities You create and provide specific technical instructions and the technical documentation necessary for the operation of the power plant Participation in the senior management readiness

Must-Have: Successful degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation or process engineering, or otherwise acquired comparable qualification Very clear ideas about occupational safety and safe operation Embossed analytical competence combined with the communicative ability to inspire others from your analyses, results and ideas A high level of initiative and commitment as well as an independent and structured/analytical way of working With your safe appearance, solution-oriented thinking and your great flexibility, you convince your team and your environment alike Nice-to-Have: Experience in the commissioning of new plants (power plants or comparable) First professional experience in the care of power plants or other complex industrial plants
