Support of production management in the planning, control and monitoring of production processes Independent triggering and tracking of production orders Ensuring timely material supply for production Coordination of logistics processes (collection, storage, shipping) Analysis of existing processes for identifying optimization potentials Development and implementation of measures to increase efficiency taking into account relevant key figures (KPIs) Organisation and implementation of inventory Creation and maintenance of production and logistics documentation and reporting Representation of production management in absence for a team up to 20 employees

Complete technical training, ideally in the field of electrical engineering Further training in production or logistics Knowledge of components from electrical engineering Experience in production planning and logistics processes Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems Analytical thinking, organizational strength and structured and independent working Responsibility, reliability and communication strength Team skills and good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
