Self-supporting of all administrative personnel processes from recruitment to exit with a focus on employee transfer Contact person for employees, executives and external personnel service providers in all personal questions Organisation and control of onboarding, contract management, personal files and the maintenance of employee data in SAP HCM Creation of personal documents such as employment contracts, certificates and documents for the works council Processing individual labour law measures and ensuring compliance with statutory, collective and operational requirements Cooperation with HR projects and further development and standardisation of administrative personnel processes Supporting special topics of employee transfer, such as time management, cost accounting, bonus programs and cooperation with Neutral Vendoren

Senior Consultant (m/w/d), HR Manager (m/w/d), Industrial Manager (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in personnel administration, personnel management or HR management - ideally in the industrial environment and in the transfer of workers Foundation knowledge of labour, collective bargaining, social security and labour law as well as in the Employee Transfer Act (AÜG) Secure handling of SAP HCM and common MS Office applications Structured, self-responsive and solution-oriented working methods as well as pronounced communication and consulting skills Team spirit, service orientation and joy in cooperation with different contact persons
