Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Coordination: Plan and organize appointments to optimally support our external sales service and improve operations in the branch
• Customer contact: Maintaining and strengthening internal service relations and promoting our sales to further expand and expand long-term partnerships in the region
• Administration: Conduct targeted research and keep our customer database as well as our sales portal up to date
• Offers: Pick up customer requests, qualify them and support in efficient processing
• Collaboration: Close cooperation with your colleagues from sales and recruiting and regular exchange on ongoing processes and goals

Your qualifications:

Convince us with your qualifications

• Sales: No fear of technical sales! Your talent is in telephone sales, the rest we will teach you
• customer transition: You have gained first experience in the telephone customer contact and/or in the acquisition of new customers
• Networking: You bring a passion for networking and inspire others through your communicative skills
• Qualification: You have completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Language skills: You have very good German knowledge (at least C1 level)
