Global Market Segment Manager – Railway (m/f/d)

For you this means: You are responsible for the global strategic orientation and further development of the Railway market segment. On the basis of market and competition analyses, you will conduct growth opportunities and regional strategies - both in infrastructure and rail vehicles. You actively contribute new product ideas by identifying market requirements and translated into concrete impulses for development. As a central interface, you work closely with sales, product management and development. In international standards bodies, you represent our company and actively contribute your know-how. You care and develop relationships with key decision-makers on the customer side worldwide.

Your studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification form the basis of your expertise. You bring multi-year experience in sales or business development - ideally in the railway environment. You understand technical connections quickly and connect them with a pronounced sense of customer needs. You work independently, structured and with high intrinsic motivation. A sovereign appearance, strong communication skills and presentation strength are what distinguishes you. Teamwork is just like working in international contexts. Very good knowledge of German is self-evident, you feel safe in English – in writing and oral. You like to travel internationally and appreciate the direct exchange on site.
