As Senior Manager Commerce (Human) you are responsible for the design, creation and continuous optimization of commerce strategies in the retail media sector. In addition, you take over the following tasks: You are responsible for compiling campaign strategies and annual planning You’ll start campaign evaluations and analyses as well as optimization approaches You are responsible for attractive media budgets for customers from various industries, including their control, planning, taxation and reporting You’re working on new retailers, new formats and innovations and their holistic taxation By participating in different internal projects, you have the opportunity to actively shape our agency and the development of the commerce sector. With our international network you are regularly in professional exchange

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on marketing, commerce, advertising, media science, computer science or comparable training You are familiar with digital marketing and strategy planning - ideally in the area of Amazon Sponsored Ads / DSP / Retail Media and can inspire you for commerce You like to work with digital tools, think analytic and have an excellent numerical understanding With high professionalism, you also present complex facts in a comprehensible way You communicate confidently and are happy to assist your counterpart You have fun and interest in a versatile work area in the dynamic environment and can inspire you for new developments in the digital market Very good knowledge of German and English In addition, you are: #teamplayer#self-confident #motivated #payaffin If you find this job exciting, we strongly encourage you to apply even if you can't have any above-listed qualification.

PERIODICALS We work 39 hours a week, which are recorded in the system. If overtime falls, you can cut them off.
