Acquisition and implementation of secretarial tasks in the costing department Compilation and provision of award documents Creation of offer requests to contractors and suppliers in consultation and cooperation with senior employees in the costing department Creation and maintenance of master data relating to after-contractors and suppliers Transfer of tenders to contracting entities

A completed commercial or technical training A high level of reliability and sense of responsibility In-depth knowledge of Office applications First experiences as a merchant in the construction industry are desirable
