After your studies, you want to take responsibility directly and get to know the distribution of one of the leading pharmaceutical wholesalers in Germany?

Then start with our 18-month trainee program sales. In the first six months, you will get to know our company headquarters in Essen as well as central business areas and build a strong network. You will then perform exciting tasks in the Heidenheim/Würzburg sales region for a further twelve months and will be specifically prepared for your later target position in the sales service in southern Germany.

You will get to know all relevant sales and business areas of NOWEDA within 18 months You get insights along the entire value chain and process chain of a pharmaceutical wholesale company From the outset, a personal mentor will help you to accompany you throughout the entire trainee program and promote your professional and personal development You actively participate in sales-relevant projects and take your own responsibility early on You support our sales organization in the care and development of customer relationships You build a strong network within the NOWEDA You develop step by step as a stand-alone contact for your own customer base in the Heidenheim/Würzburg region

Successfully completed studies of business management, economics, economic psychology, economic engineering or a comparable course of study First practical experience through internships, student work activities or first professional experience in sales, marketing or a customer-oriented environment Enthusiasm for sales, customer relationships and economic relationships Communication strength, self-initiative and safe occurrence Mobility and willingness to complete the first six months in our head office in Essen and the subsequent twelve months in the Heidenheim/Würzburg region
