Project Manager - Plant Engineering / Automation Technology (m/f/d)

Our employees in the fields of construction, electrical engineering, manufacturing, software as well as assembly implement projects at the Dohna site for large international customers such as Nestlé, Lindt or GlaxoSmithKline. You assume the full responsibility for our automation projects – from initial demand analysis with the customer to final commissioning. To do this, create detailed responsibilities and actively manage time, budget and resource planning across the entire project course. As a central contact person, you conduct and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and ensure a smooth flow of information between all trades. You act as a sovereign interface to our customers, conduct coordination talks and proactively manage the requirement and change management. You plan and accompany decisive milestones such as factory and final take-offs (FAT/SAT) and thus ensure the quality of our systems with customers worldwide.

You have completed university studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable training You speak German and English (C1 level) and go routined with MS Office applications while you work structured You have at least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of plant engineering You have a very good process understanding of mechanical engineering projects and a pronounced AI affinity with first experience in industry-standard systems You are ready to travel around the world (about 25%) and conduct talks and negotiations You have a particularly pronounced social competence, are communicative, decision-making and team-capable
