Advising the management and departments in legal matters, including the creation of decision-making templates Operational management of the division with three lawyers Compilation of legal analyses and opinions, in particular in the multi-layered area of hospital law Examination and creation of contracts and agreements of civil and corporate law Self-governing and legal management of projects Own and proactive support and consulting of the Group companies in all legal and regulatory issues Takeover of the function of the central compliance officer (m/w/d) for our clinic network Ensure, responsibility and continuous development of a professional and effective compliance management system throughout the network, with careful monitoring of relevant legislation and the implementation of resulting requirements Analysis, documentation and monitoring of risks, as well as regular reporting, in particular to the main management Supporting the main management in implementing the compliance requirements in the Group and implementing the business processes Development of prevention strategies and the translation of legal bids in operational compliance measures Sustainable anchoring of compliance culture within the composite

Completed study of law with above-average performance and the 2nd state exam as well as several years of professional experience in legal care and consulting Proven professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in healthcare Knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and essential regulatory requirements of our industry Process-oriented and cross-sectoral thinking and action Cooperative leadership and communication style and the ability to successfully manage interfaces, entrepreneurial thinking, sovereignty and liability Personal integrity, stress resistance, flexibility, enforcement Very good user knowledge of the entire MS Office package as well as safe handling of presentation techniques and instruments Good knowledge in running a proper and auditable documentation
